DB HARLEYS is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. We want to make the return or exchange process as easy and convenient as possible for you.
1. Return Policy
Bars - as these are a custom made to order product, there will be no return/exchange on these items.
Merch - We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is visible damage to your product. You may return any unopened and undamaged item for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Special order items
- Gift cards

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales[at]dbharleys.com.au or call us at 0493 176 371. We will arrange for the return of the product and issue you a full refund or replacement.
3. Return Procedure
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales[at]dbharleys.com.au to obtain a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the following address:

4. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at sales[at]dbharleys.com.au or call us at 0493 176 371 within 7 days of puchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in compliance with our return policy. If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchange Procedure
To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your order confirmation and EA number.
- Ship the item to the following address:

Once we receive your exchange, we will process it within 2-3 business days and ship the new item to you.
6. Refunds Policy
Once we have received your returned product and verified that it meets our return policy, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
7. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We will not refund the original shipping costs or pay for the return shipping costs.

We are confident in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
