DB HARLEYS is committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping, and express shipping. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. International shipping is available for merchandise products.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
Delivery of Merchandise and Apparel is through Australia Post.
Delivery of our Bar products is through Australia Post.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You can view the estimated shipping rates for your order at checkout.
Bars are shipped at a fixed rate of $80 Australia wide delivery.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed between 24-48 hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before being sent for delivery.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are based on Australia Post’s delivery schedules and the location of your delivery address. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak periods.
6. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order status at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our customer service team.
7. International Shipping
International shipping is only available on merchandise products.
8. Returns and Exchanges
As the bars are custom made to order, no returns or exchanges are available. Merch products may be returned only if faulty or damaged, and if they have not been worn or washed. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. 9. Shipping Costs for Returned Items
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to us.
10. Damages and Lost Packages
In the event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
11. Additional Information
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy at any time without notice.
